  • How does Pulsee email read notifications work?

    The Pulsee browser extension interacts with your Gmail to extend its functionality. Whenever Pulsee is enabled, a customisable (or hidden) image is placed in the email you compose which allows Pulsee to collect statistics on its open activity. This functionality is the same with all the email newsletters you receive from companies that use Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and the like. The difference with us is that we cater for the individual user who sends an email at a time, not thousands of emails at once like your local retailer.

  • Are my emails safe?

    Yes, absolutely! In order for Pulsee to function, it does not need to read the contents of your emails. We indeed aim to enhance your email experience but we do not need to handle your personal emails to do that. We leave that all up to Google :)

  • What if I have a problem with my subscription service?

    We have a technical support team to deal with any customer enquiries. Users subscribed to the Professional plan are prioritised in the support queue.

  • How is Pulsee different from other similar services?
